Investor Relations Officer

Purpose of the job

As an Investor Relations Officer you are responsible for the execution of Vopak's daily Investor Relations operations. You maintain the internal relationships and support the Executive Board of Vopak in operational matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations for both financial results and general support of the Executive Board;
  • Keep up-to-date on developments at stock markets, peer group companies, potential investors, stock price movements and anything possibly impacting financial results of Vopak and maintain the internal IR information system on (potential) shareholders and target meetings;
  • Analyze the reporting of financial estimates by sell-side analysts;
  • Answer all ad hoc questions from (potential) investors and the financial world concerning Vopak based on knowledge of market developments and Vopak's activities, as to satisfy investors and to ensure their knowledge on Vopak stays up to date;
  • Organize roadshows and one-on-one meetings with brokers and their customers in order to carry out the desired image and influence their attitude and behavior towards Vopak;
  • Set up and maintain an interactive IR Website to make information more readily available for interested parties;
  • Assist in preparation of annual report and press releases in order to contribute to the realization of the annual report.

Requirements

  • University degee in Finance and / or Economics;
  • 3 – 5 years working experience preferably in Corporate Finance;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch both written and verbal;
  • Computer skills: Experience with PowerPoint is a must.

  • High level of integrity and pro-active;
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
